Min Jiang showcases China’s distinctive Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines in a striking revamped modern chinoiserie setting. The mastery of both regional specialities including dim sum and reimagined classics have received much recognition since it’s opening in 1982. Thought-provoking menus and seasonal specialities, inspired by traditional Chinese cooking and local ingredients sourced from many Chinese provinces as well as all over the world.
The sophisticated L’Espresso invites you to a sweet and savoury English Afternoon Tea that includes traditional scones and many other delectables with your choice of tea or coffee. Served indoor in air-conditioned comfort or at a semi outdoor space with views of the main swimming pool. Discover the elegance and grace of the Legacy Blend 120 tea made especially for the hotel’s 120th anniversary. Must try is the delicious maple Pecan-crusted Beef Tenderloin with balsamic-mustard sauce. (dishes changes according to availability of ingredients and seasonality).
