A superb combination of Gordon Grill’s signature chilled pasta with aromas of truffle topped with crab and decadent caviar, perfectly pan seared foie gras with raspberry ice cream coulis and preserved cherry (for some acidity to cut through the richness) as well as the naturally sweet jumbo size Hokkaido scallop topped with gourmet ham.

“Olive Wagyu” Ribeye

*Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine recommends the “Olive Wagyu” Ribeye, a massive 200 grams from one of the rarest type of beef, hailing from Kagawa prefecture in Japan renowed for olive cultivation. This piece of choice meat has very good marbling and is packed full of flavours. Every main course comes with seasonal garden vegetables like broccoli, carrots, asparagus for that balance of protein and fiber. If the sheer variety is causing a commotion in your mind, why not simply choose the Duo of Beef; Black Angus fillet grilled to your ideal doneness served alongside the most tender of braised Wagyu beef cheeks with mashed potato and a generous drizzle of home made red wine sauce. A good alternative is the Duo of Pork; grilled ibérico pork pluma and braised pork cheek with the same sides as above but drenched in madeira sauce instead. A meat lovers dream come true.
