Reopened in 2022 to much applause with VIPs flying in from overseas to attend the highly publicised occasion, filled with gourmet food, performances and a stellar fireworks display to light up the night sky. One year on, this one of a kind property has been voted Bali Best Rooftop Restaurant And Pool 2023 by the team at Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine and deservingly so. The Nest Hotel is located right in the heart of Bali’s Nusa Dua district. With the beach just minutes away by walking from the front of the hotel and a short ride from the airport making this hotel a very accessible one, inviting to both local and international guests.

Service here is exemplary, the well trained staff is professional and always with a smile which is what Balinese hospitality is all about. The food and beverage served at Roost is one of high standards yet value for money which makes dining in, a convenient one without compromising taste and quality. All dishes are made to order using fresh produce and seasonal ingredients, cooked with a whole lot of heart. The Ronny’s Risotto is authentically cooked creamy mushroom risotto topped with a 65 degree egg with a choice of Chicken Leg Confit packed with flavour whereas the succulent Pork Ribs is so tender that the meat literally fall off the bone as you dig in.
Breakfast here is taken seriously so that you can start off your day on the right note. Live egg and pancake stations allow diners to enjoy chefs in action. Have a feast over a delectable buffet spread consisting of local delights and international favourites including fresh fruits, various pastries and breads.
