Seasonal decorations such as Chinese red lanterns and orange shrubs are just some of the special additions that the hotel incorporates into its contemporary design to add subtle touches of festive feels to the place.

Flanking the expansive lobby area are two sets of stairs that are draped in red carpets and mimic a pair of arms, ready to welcome visitors to the hotel with a warm embrace. Dining

Arguably the best part of the hotel, Sana Sini not only prepares savoury and delightful dishes, but cooks up a plethora of dining varieties for their buffet. Nestled just behind the lobby’s staircase on the right when facing the reception, this award-winning restaurant is known for its artistically crafted dishes that take inspiration from all corners of the globe.

The entrance of the restaurant, a long counter in the middle of the doorway, conceals just how vast the place really is. The dining area is intricately laid out, with five open kitchens dispersed amongst throughout, and each kitchen is dedicated to its own style of cuisine. With every turn of a corner, patrons will find themselves staring down a completely new buffet line-up for them to choose from.

The first station closest to the exit is the drinks counter that houses an assortment of coffees, teas and juices that can be consumed within the premise or on the go. Some of the juices are peculiar blends that offer a whole series of nutritional and vitality advantages. The Booster, which consist of carrot juice, orange juice and ginger, is great for boosting energy and stamina for the day, while the Detox juice, which comprises of kyuri juice, lemon juice and apple juice, helps to cleanse the body of toxins.

Sana Sini – Breakfast Live Station

The rest of the open kitchens can be found past the drinks station, further within the restaurant, and this is where Sana Sini truly shines when it comes to buffets. There is a myriad of dining choices that begins with the Western kitchen that serves staples of the cuisine like crispy bacon, sausages and golden hashbrowns. The kitchen also has an omelette station where guests can choose from eight different styles of egg and have it prepared instantaneously.

To the left of the Western kitchen is where you will find the bread and pastries section that serves delicious pastries such as Chocolate Croissants and Chocolate Sprinkle Doughnuts. The Butter Croissant in particular, is something that should not be passed over, with its flaky exterior that is crisp to the bite and its soft fluffy interior that is buttery to the tastebuds.

For those who prefer Asian cuisine, there are three different stations to whet your appetite. The first is Japanese kitchen that is easily distinguishable by its use of neutral tone wood for its design, and quintessential items like sushi rolls, udon, miso soup and cold dishes are available.

Similarly, the Chinese kitchen is easily perceptible by its use of red paper lanterns, oriental flowers, archetypical Mandarin design elements, and of course a long paper dragon that is impossible to miss. Much like the décor, the food is traditional and characteristically orient, with fried rice, claypot beancurd and an assortment of dim sum options up for grabs.

And it would not be a holistic buffet lineup if the restaurant did not have an Indonesian kitchen. Fans of the cuisine are certainly not left out, since the restaurant is packed full of local delights to satiate cravings. All the food served is reminiscent of a homecooked meal that was made with love, but certainly elevated with more complex techniques and ingredients. Everything from the soy sauce chicken to the traditional glutinous rice wrapped in pandan leaves are made to perfection and set for enjoyment.

Facilities

Not only is the range of rooms impressive but the number of facilities as well. The hotel provides an ample selection of amenities for guests to enjoy during their stay. A hot jacuzzi and cold plunge pool can be found within the corner of the men’s locker room.

It is a must-visit since soaking in both hot and cold water is not only an incredibly relaxing experience but presents a wealth of health benefits like activating circulation, boosting the immune system, and reliving muscle soreness too.

Everything from a stationary bicycle to a full size squat rack, the gym is well-equipped and large enough to accommodate groups of people exercising at once. The best part is that there are several kinds of the same machines scattered throughout the floor, and gymgoers won’t have to wait their turn to get their workout in.

Gym

The swimming pool area can be accessed through the door at the end of the gym, and is a place where both kids and adults can indulge in either leisure or fun. The 75-meter-deep kids pool, positioned next to the stairs of the entrance, and the 1.5-meter-deep adult pool is divided by a partition, so parents are advised to supervise their children’s playtime.

The patio where the pool resides is also home to an activity area that can be found just behind the adult pool. The wide-open space is accessible via stairs on the left of the landscape pond or a ramp on the right side, and is large enough for children to run freely or engage in activities of their choosing.
