Mexican style and culture are integrated in the production of the classic Salsa & Chips to start, fresh tomato salsa and in-house fried corn tortilla with the option of adding Guacamole and Chili Con Carne at extra cost.
Not to be missed under the Bites & Sides section of the menu is the Grilled Corn Elote, charcoal-grilled to perfection, this locally sourced street corn oozes natural sweetness with every bite. Topped with cotija cheese, cilantro and lime for added herbaceousness and acidity.
Paying homage to Mexico, the tempting menu allows diners to savor elevated authentic dishes such as tacos filled with sliced Wagyu beef and the rather eccentric version that consist of boneless French Poulet (chicken) neck; chewy and flavourful.
The Spider Steak Wagyu from Stockyard Australia or also known as oyster steak is an interesting cut of beef that is not widely served. It sits on the hip of the cow thus only two portions are available per animal. The protein is covered in a refreshing and tangy chimichurri sauce.
Surprisingly there is only one dessert to finish your meal. The Oven Caramelized Pineapple served with Vanilla Ice Cream. But with one spoonful of this little piece of heaven in your mouth, you will realise there is no need for any other for that sublime happy ending.
