Starring the Peranakan (Straits Born Chinese) inspired Signature Crab Kueh Pie Tee, traditional pastry filled with generous amounts of crustacean with garlic aioli. Sundays at Brasserie Les Saveurs afford you a culinary experience beyond expectation. Taking the third spot is Brasserie Les Saveurs located in the decadent St Regis Singapore. Serving one of the most prized label in the world of bubbles, Champagne Barons de Rothschild which pairs exceptionally well with freshly shucked French Oysters. Must try is the simple yet delicious Bayonne Ham served with sweet rock melon as well as Seared Beef Tenderloin accompanied with delectable mashed potato, French beans and flavourful beef jus.
