There are three different types of freshly shucked oysters to choose from, so slurp away. Top quality caviar is served the classic way where carefully selected ingredients and top quality produce are combined by the kitchen team into bite size gourmet masterpieces.

The 90 plus selections of delectable bites continues with amazing cheeses such as the Brie de Meaux AOP from Ile-de-France accompanied with baked walnuts, dried apricots, fig jam and many other condiments. Miss Japan? Why simply take your pick of uber fresh sashimi ranging from sake (salmon) to maguro (tuna) and even tako (octopus). From the high quality roasted “London Duck, Boston lobsters to the staple freshly shucked oysters, you will definitely be spoilt for choice!

Coming in second on Savour (SVR) BlackBookAsia Magazine’s Singapore Champagnes Brunches Mid Year Awards and aptly named “Oscar’s Supercharged Sunday Brunch” is a location for the most unique combination of international and local dishes all at one spot. Starring the Peranakan (Straits Born Chinese) inspired Signature Crab Kueh Pie Tee, traditional pastry filled with generous amounts of crustacean with garlic aioli. So good that guests will definitely get a second helping or more. After which do order yet another crowd favourite the Seafood Nasi Lemak, pre-cooked fragrant rice is surrounded by seafood, chicken wing, condiments and home-made sambal (chilli paste). 3. Brasserie Les Saveurs, St. Regis Singapore

Sundays at Brasserie Les Saveurs afford you a culinary experience beyond expectation. Indulge in a lavish spread of appetisers, followed by an exciting line-up of chef’s specials, exquisite seafood platter and gastronomic mains, before completing brunch with sublime dessert options. Further elevate the experience with our Champagne-of-choice, Champagne Barons de Rothschild.

Taking the third spot is Brasserie Les Saveurs located in the decadent St Regis Singapore. Serving one of the most prized label in the world of bubbles, Champagne Barons de Rothschild which pairs exceptionally well with freshly shucked French Oysters. Must try is the simple yet delicious Bayonne Ham served with sweet rock melon as well as Seared Beef Tenderloin accompanied with delectable mashed potato, French beans and flavourful beef jus. The tantalising Grilled Boston Lobster with garlic parsley butter is a sure winner, beautifully plated on a bed of stones and wooden board. Save space for the Assorted Dessert Trolley, in which the St Regis’s macaroons are the crowd favourite. Service here is of the highest level.

5. La Brasserie, The Fullerton Bay Hotel

La Brasserie is an established dining venue with wonderful views of the surroundings. Continuing Savour (SVR) BlackBookAsia Magazine’s Singapore Champagne Brunches Mid Year Awards is Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, sister property to The Fullerton Bay Hotel which houses 5th placed La Brasserie. Savour culture by the forkful with Beach Road Kitchen’s signature international spread showcasing premium seafood, grilled-to-order meats, local favourites and more!

Reservations is a must as the restaurant is very strict on the opening and closing hours of operation. Enjoy the many food and beverage trolleys that will go around the restaurant offering treats such as individually portioned and freshly made sushi among others. Must try is the delectable Pan Fried Foie Gras topped with fresh fig and jam as well as the deliciously Grilled Lobster with Herbs and Garlic Butter which is a sure crowd-pleaser, just look at the number of empty lobster shells on every plate on almost all tables.
