This established Singapore property is divided into three parts. The main entrance which you will usually enter by, brings you directly to the Tower Wing which caters to all kinds of travellers with a focus on business guests.
Accommodation
All the rooms and suites at the Tower Wing are well appointed and tastefully furnished with functionality in mind. Again catering more for corporates, each accommodation has a work desk with a view so guests can get up to speed on their laptops while taking in regular views from the floor to celling windows.
The Horizon Club Deluxe King is an ideal choice. With complimentary high speed WiFi, tea and coffee further add to the convenience of your stay. Dining
The Line is famous for its buffet spread that is literally a gastronomic journey from Eastern to Western cuisine. Local delights and live stations adds to your dining experience. Fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals and almost everything else ensures you get off to a good start every morning.
For those with access to the Horizon Club, enjoy greater privacy in a dedicated area of the hotel. Here you can have your breakfast while reading the morning newspaper with gourmet coffee and teas some of which are especially curated for Shangri-La. The evening cocktails showcase an array of wines, beers and liquors including non alcoholic choices paired well with the tantalising bites. Must try are the gourmet sausages and white asparagus (subject to change according to seasonality).
Head over to Origin Bar for a pre or post dinner drink. Showcasing an array of classic and signature cocktails, some of which will entice both your palate, sight and smell. Take a seat at one of the bar counter seats to watch the expert mixologist make your drink or at one of the cosy sofa seats for a more private experience. Move next door to Origin Grill where a delectable feast awaits. Highly recommended is the Charred Octopus using the Abrolhos variety with tomato jam, aubergine caviar and savoury chorizo crumbs for added texture.
Facilities
The large swimming pool is great for travellers of all ages. Take a soak, swim laps or simply splash water around with loves ones as you spend quality time with one another. Ample sunbeds surround the area, good for lounging and chilling the day away.
The sizeable and well equipped gym comes with a large changing room with steam room and jacuzzi separated between male and female. Literally the largest kids club of the hotels in the area named bud by Shangri-La, children of all ages will enjoy the different sections of the venue subjected to charges.
