Ditch the planes, because The Orchard Cafe at Orchard Hotel Singapore is bringing the two biggest East Asian foodie capitals right to your table! Their limited-edition “Seoul to Tokyo” Buffet, running from September 1 to November 16, 2025, is less a meal and more a delicious diplomatic mission, blending K-Drama spice with J-Pop precision.

This buffet is your personal passport to flavour town, covering two completely different—but equally delicious—vibes: Get your game face on for the bold flavours of Korea! The Seoul side is serving up street-market energy with crispy, addictive Korean Fried Chicken, colourful, perfect-for-the-‘gram Gimbaps, and the ultimate soulful warm-up: a comforting bowl of Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup (Samgyetang). Prepare for punchy, vibrant plates that wake up your palate!

Ready for refinement? Japan steps up with elegance. Slice into a beautiful selection of fresh, thick-cut sashimi and gourmet cooked dishes. Don’t miss the rich Saikyo Miso Baked Salmon Fillet, the buttery Kombu Butter Prawns, or the briny decadence of the Baked Japanese Oysters. It’s fine dining meets all-you-can-eat indulgence.

Keep an eye on the live cooking stations where magic happens! You’ll find freshly made Takoyaki, hearty bowls of Pork Tonkatsu Ramen, and fiery Kimchi Ramyeon. The carving station is also serving up international heavy hitters, including the Saikyo Miso Baked Salmon Fillet and, on weekend dinners and Saturday lunch, the premium Slow Roasted Grain Fed Wagyu D Rump.

Seafood lovers will also enjoy lobsters, oysters, crabs and many more treasures of the sea. The dessert bar is a fantastic fusion finale: think jiggly Korean Watermelon Soju Jelly (must try, contains alcohol), light-as-air Hallabong Orange Chiffon Cake, Japanese Warabi Mochi, and fresh Dorayaki from the live station.
