Headlining the expansive Lunar New Year menu are some of Chef Lim’s new dishes, including the Braised Hokkaido Scallops with Ee-Fu Noodles and Truffle Sauce (SGD 38*). Served with fresh and succulent scallops, the springy noodles soak up the savoury truffle sauce perfectly. Satiate the tastebuds with the Deep-fried Lobster, Apple with Honey Sauce (SGD 58*), a perfect marriage of flavours and crisp textures that will keep you coming back for more. Roasted to perfection, the Dang Gui Crispy Roasted Duck (SGD 45* for half, SGD 90* for whole) is juicy and succulent, with every flavourful bite infused with the subtle aroma of ginseng to start the year in the pink of health.
End the reunion meal on a sweet note with the refreshing and nourishing Chilled Sweetened Water Chestnut, Red Dates, Lotus Seed and Peach Gum (SGD 18*), which is high in antioxidants and also aids digestion. From intimate gatherings of two to large and lively family reunions, guests can also choose from four Set Menus (from SGD 98* to SGD 268* per guest) for an incomparable culinary ensemble impeccably orchestrated by Chef Lim and team.
