Marking its eighth milestone since it first set roots in Singapore, yakiniku specialist YAKINIQUEST is pleased to unveil a specially curated Anniversary “THE OMAKASE” menu comprising of both new and popular items, alongside a pair of promotions – Early Bird Booking Promotion and Thank You Promotion in celebration of Lunar New Year and their upcoming anniversary respectively, to thank its customers for their ardent support over the years.

Auspicious omakase offerings
From 29 January 2023, diners are treated to an upgraded version of the restaurant’s popular Yakisuki with Aka & Shiro Yakisuki: red and white sukiyaki-style yakiniku to be enjoyed on the Anniversary “THE OMAKASE” menu with different seasonings. As prominent traditional colours of both Japan and its national flag, the combination of red and white represents happiness, and is often adorned at ceremonies such as weddings and birthdays. Joy is symbolised through aka, or red, yakisuki in the form of lean thinly sliced beef that is low in fat content and yet does not compromise on flavour. This is balanced out by the decadently-marbled texture of shiro or white yakisuki, which complements its red counterpart with the richness of its healthy fat and juicy mouth feel.

YAKINIQUEST’s traditionally Japanese-style menu welcomes a twist of French inspiration with Wagyu Tenderloin and Foie Gras ‘Rossini’, where carefully grilled Japanese Wagyu tenderloin is served alongside a delicate disc of pan-fried foie gras. Rather than the demi-glace found in French haute cuisine’s classic beef Rossini dish, the restaurant’s richly-flavoured original sauce is used in this dish to ensure it remains an experience unique to YAKINIQUEST.

There will also be new appetiser, sashimi, grill meat and closer dish courses specially curated for this Anniversary “THE OMAKASE” menu, for the ultimate and most indulgent yakiniku dining experience.
