Housed within the whimsical Wanderlust boutique hotel, Winederlust is the brainchild of Singapores very own Unlisted Collection. The new cellar door concept boasts over 300 wine & spirit labels from artisanal winery worldwide. The casual yet intimate setting of the 50-seater restaurant is perfect for get-togethers, wine and wind down over good chats.

The chefs creations advertise on Italian flavours with strong Central America and Asian influences. The kitchen team is led by young and talented Chef Carlos from Mexico, adding his touch to the traditional plates. To start off, Hokkaido Scallop is a crowd favourite. The deep sea plump scallops are pan-seared to perfection on a bed of Yuzu Wasabi Citrus dressing, Pickled Cauliflower with Saffron and a subtle hint of Raspberry. The ultimate fusion, Tuna Tataki Chimichanga is a plate of deconstructed heaven. A generous portion of fresh Japanese Tuna with an unexpected pairing of spicy chimichanga sauce, charred baby corn, taco spice and crispy corn chips for that robust Mexican twist.

Instantly transported to Thailand as one savours The Sea. This seafood medley features a succulent grilled red snapper, squid and fresh tiger prawn. Shreds of green papaya and mango are added to this wonderful composition, drizzled with basil infused fish sauce and homemade peanut crumble paste. The highlight of the 3-course dinner is Winederlusts Seared Duck Breast. Well-seasoned duck breast is tender and mashes immaculately with creamy butternut pumpkin, spinach and asparagus beautifully charred, complementing each ingredient to the tee.

End off the meal high on Citrus, a tangy dessert comprises of grapefruit, mandarin, calamansi, earl grey crumble and vanilla ice-cream, the exemplary palette cleanser after courses of feasting. Indulge in the edible form of Milk ’N” Honey, voted best by their Young Chef Movement initiative, made dainty with Hokkaido Milk base and raw Australian Beechworth honey.
