A brand new concept of Tokyo-Italian cuisine conceptualised and spear headed by talented chef owner, Chef Seita Nakahara who is no stranger to Singapore’s ever expanding gastronomic arena having made his mark at fine restaurants around the world with his innovative and pioneering spirit of dining while staying true to his roots.
By maintaining high standards of cooking, using only the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients mostly taken directly from the source such as farmers and fishermen whom he is very close to, Chef Seita has gained a regular following many chefs would be envious of.
Ambiance is stylish and chic with beautiful brick motifs on the walls, a modern open concept kitchen where diners can catch a glimpse of the excitement in the kitchen as well as a private room for that exclusive touch.
A degustation selection is available together with the highlight of this venue their special omakase course with a choice of three different pricing.
Signature dishes includes Baked Hokkaido Scallops with five different kinds of mushrooms giving diners a delectable blend of textures topped with Japanese garlic curst and a sauce base made of capsicum, Bottarga Pasta with Uni where both pasta and Bottarga are home made with the latter cured in house, using only fresh mullet roe bringing forth rich flavours to this dish.
Other excellent dishes are Italian Seafood Soup with treasures of the sea such as fresh fish, octopus and clams in a rich tomato broth and Chargrilled Saga Gyu that has delicious marbling served with bamboo shoot from Wakayama and Hokkaido king shitake mushroom.
Service is exemplary at this restaurant that will keep you coming back time and again.
