The event was a masterclass in culinary pairings, creatively showcasing that artisanal tequila has the complexity, nuance, and elegance to stand beautifully alongside a gourmet meal, just like wine.

Mini Torta Ahogada

Bread filled with pork carnitas, bathed in a warm, spicy tomato-chile sauce with pickled onions

Beef Birria

Jalisco-Style Beef Birria with Consommé, Onion & Coriander.  Slow-braised beef cooked in a blend of dried chillies, spices, and avocado leaves. Served with broth and corn tortillas.
