BALMAIN AND SWAROVSKI PROMOTE CONSCIOUS LUXURY AT THE 45TH CESARS CEREMONY French actress Sara Forestier wore a bespoke Balmain gown and bolero embellished with Swarovski upcycled crystals at the Césars ceremony this evening.
