Dining

The newly-renovated Ellenborough Market Café is the flagship restaurant of Swissotel Merchant Court with bright white lights illuminating the whole premise with beautiful floor tiles and blue walls. A series of Peranakan antiques is displayed around the restaurant, retaining much of the historic cultural heritage. Serving an array of traditional Peranakan delicacies, guests will never be disappointed with the quality dishes here, such as the Babi Ponteh, Ayam Buah Keluak and the popular and mouth-watering Durian Pengat, just to name a few. There is also a spread of local favourites such as Chilli Crab and international cuisines including a salad station, fresh seafood on the ice, sashimi, sushi, and cheese platter.

For guests with Executive Lounge access, it offers a cosy and quiet ambience suitable for business meetings or a casual discussion. The quality of the food is absolutely top notch, especially the breakfast buffet offering food like the cheese platter, dim sum, cereals and many more. Service staff are highly attentive and gives excellent personalised service.

There are two bars within the hotel premise, the alfresco Blue Potato, best suited for guests who are seeking a more breezy outdoor surrounding and the Crossroads Bar, located at lobby level, famous for its selection of innovative and exotic cocktails.
