Say hello to SO/ dining electrifying experiences. Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine was there where it all started when version 1.0 was launched to much applause. Now, lets fast forward to 2022 and unveil the all new MOTHER OF ALL BRUNCHES 3.0 back bigger, bolder and better then ever before.

Before we dive into the main attraction, the team at Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine highly recommend the top up of two platters – 1 Dozen Pacific Oysters (rich in flavour with high protein, iron and omega-3 fatty acids) at additional $42 Served with Lemon Wedges (for that acidity), Tabasco (touch of spice) and Mignonette (splendid sourness) as well as the Loaded Seafood Platter with a top up of $138 (per platter / serves 2-4); 1 piece of Boston lobster (approx. 500gm), 300gm Tiger Prawns, 300gm Mussels, 6 Hokkaido Scallops and 1 Dozen Pacific Oysters, poached and served on ice. If you want to save your stomach for the delectable food to come, the option of 1/2 Dozen Pacific Oysters at $22 is also available. The seafood are unbelievably fresh, as if they have just been caught and brought straight to the restaurant. So good that you eat them without the condiments provided though it SO/ playful to try them together.

Let us take you tier by tier of this renowned brunch at So Sofitel Singapore which have taken on a whole new spin. Indulge in an overflowing tower brunch with finger licking good items, mix Seasonal Mushrooms, Scrambles Eggs plus Bacon, Cherry Tomatoes on Vine, Artisanal Charcuterie and Cheese with Pickles, Olives among others. On the middle, is delicious Prawn Skewers, Mini Chilli Con Carne Hot Dogs, Half Roasted Chicken with Homemade Barbecue sauce, Pork Porchetta (crispy on the outside and juicy with every bite) together with tender Australian Striploin with Caramelised Onion and Dijon Mustard that will pleased all fans of beef. To top it off, right at the peak are a selection of sweets like Assorted Cupcakes, Homemade Waffles, Rainbow Marshmallows, Tropical Fruits, Berries, Mini Churros, Chopped Nuts and an Ice Cream Cone right in the middle. What more can you ask for!
