Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar headed by Executive Italian Chef Bruno Ferrari is not to be missed. The gorgeous setting of the restaurant is elevated with high ceilings and an open kitchen. Literally everything taste good here, from the Foie Gras with caramelised onion and cherry from Italy to the Carbonara “The Original” constructed with spaghettoni “Pastificio Mancini”, pork guanciale and the usual eggs plus roman pecorino. Highly recommended is the beef from the grill, perfectly cooked to your preferred doneness and served with a side of gourmet salts.
