Truffle pork jowl naan with eggplant bhurta

With many enticing choices to choose from in the menu, the Truffle Pork Jowl Naan with eggplant bhurta is a must; all the elements such at the fluffiness of the naan paired with the crispiness of the pork jowl and consistency of the bhurta makes this dish a perfect fusion of flavours on the palate. Another worthy dish is the Indian-style pappri chats with fresh snapper ceviche, pomegranate seeds, mint, coriander, potato achari, yoghurt and topped off with crispy fried fish skin. For mains, The Rabbit Biryani simmered in aromatic spices is served topped with naan, almost like a bread bowl with fragrantly moist basmati rice, coriander, garam masala and turmeric. The generously large Kalimantan Prawn that looks almost like a lobster is cooked in Malahari curry with ginger, curry leaves, mustard seeds, tamarind and coconut milk, the meat is fresh and juicy paired perfectly with the slightly spicy and milky curry sauce.

Huge selection of interesting Asian-inspired desserts such as the chocolate bakpao with coconut ice cream and coffee granite, “Kampung Snickers” that consists of peanut butter ice cream, butterscotch caramel and dark chocolate praline or Balinese dark chocolate tart with candied orange and orange ice cream. Leaving any sweet tooth truly spoilt for choice.
