Each dish is prepared with simplicity yet full of amazing flavours, for starters the Italian Burrata with Bell Peppers and Salad is a great way to begin the meal, vegetables are served in delicate olive oil and the Burrata cheese, made locally to ensure its freshness, is light and smooth on the palate.

Proceeding on to the mains, there are several must-have dishes such as the Spaghetti All’ Arogosta Con Pomodoro Fresco Basilico, which consists of al dente spaghetti and fresh tomato basil topped with a generous 300 gram grilled lobster. Providing diners with a true taste of the sea, with flavours of the lobster are infused into the perfectly cooked tomato-based pasta. For those looking to share, the Gamberoni Alla Griglia is a simply delectable dish, with 500 grams’ worth of fresh, juicy and succulent grilled jumbo prawns in garlic butter sauce, the combination is absolutely delightful, it is served alongside fresh lettuce and French fries. Another great dish and a definite talking point at the table is the famous Volcano Pizza, the dome-shaped double sheet pizza, which is very much like a calzone but larger in size, is filled with tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushroom and sliced ham. Baked evenly with great consistency, it is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, certainly a great alternative to your everyday pizza.
