In collaboration with highly celebrated Thai guest chef, Chef Wattanasak “Bas” Changkeb, and with the support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Peppermint, the award-winning restaurant offering halal-certified buffet stations at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore, is excited to announce the return of its well-loved Tantalising Thai buffet, happening from 3 October to 8 November 2024.

Chef Bas will join hands with Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his culinary team to present the Tantalising Thai buffet, featuring a vibrant array of authentic and delicious Thai dishes that will showcase the Land of Smiles’ rich culinary heritage and history. Look forward to additions like the Beef “Soup Hang Wua” (Spicy Wagyu Beef Oxtail Tower with Coriander), Pu Pad Pong Kari (Wok-fried Yellow Curry Crab Meat with Crispy Rice Cracker), Gaeng Kua Sapparod Lobster (Rock Lobster Cooked in Pineapple Tamarind Gravy), Thai Style Slow Roast Black Angus Tomahawk, and Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Sauce.
For the first time ever, Peppermint is delighted to partner with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) for the launch of the Tantalising Thai buffet. To celebrate the collaboration, authentic Thai decorations will be provided by TAT, adding a touch of tradition and authenticity to Peppermint’s dining space. Furthermore, everyone who dines at Tantalising Thai will have a chance to win a trip to Koh Samui, Thailand, courtesy of Bangkok Airways as part of a joint social media giveaway campaign, where diners will have the opportunity to discover the wonders of Thailand firsthand.
