Sustainability is factored in many ways here such as the reusable bottles that can be easily refilled via taps with filtered water piped into your luxurious abode to reduce use of plastics. The state of the art temperature and light controls automatically detects when no one is in the room and adjust accordingly, this process repeats when guests returns and change back to the individuals desired settings. Two thumbs up from us and many environmentalists.

Nestled on level five, Peach Blossoms has been faithfully serving up fine Cantonese delicacies for more then 3 decades, making fans of its luxe communal dining, expert dim sum crafts and festive offerings. Must try are the starters, Homemade Pani Puri served with decadent Foie Gras and well sliced Peking Duck, delectable Crab Salad with addictive Pickled Daikon and perfectly Applewood Smoked Jamon Iberico Pork Char Siew that has a wonderful glaze on top. Do order the Deep-fried “Lava” Sweet Purple Potato that is so indulgent and satisfying to wrap up your meal on a great note. The service here is exemplary, prompt yet never intrusive. This venue is ideal for a business lunch or family dinner and every occasion in-between.
For those who like to wine and dine outdoors, check out Skyline Bar with cosy seating spread over a well manicured green lawn. Must try dishes are the delectable Singapore Chilli Crab Brioche with Tobiko and Hand-Cut Fries with Parmesan Shavings. Wash it down with a bottle of bubbles, perfect for a lovely afternoon brunch. Lovers of steaks and all things grilled can enjoy aged USDA prime beef and a specially curated wine list among other offerings at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, one of the world’s acclaimed steakhouses. For guests who prefer a more intimate and delicate taste, Sushi Jiro by Chef Yajima ( with his 40 years of experience in Japanese cuisine) presents seasonal fish imported directly from Japan.
Diners who cannot make up their mind on what cuisine to have, can enjoy the varied choice of international dishes offered at the halal-certified Peppermint, served buffet style for a truly indulgent dining experience for everyone. The Christmas spread is one of a kind with oysters and lobsters on ice, selection of Japanese favourites and of course that moist flavourful turkey, traditional roast beef and flavourful ham. Save space for the Durian Pengat which is a must have as well as Peppermint’s version of the Roti Prata, more like a puff pastry that is lighter then air, best eaten with brown sugar. Thirsty guests can hop over to Portman’s Bar for well crafted classic and inventive concoctions paired well with the high tea set. Do note that dishes above changes according to seasonality.

The couple room at St Gregory’s Spa is one of the best in Singapore with it’s own jacuzzi bathtub, attached toilet, shower and even a rest area. Therapists are extremely professional and provide outstanding service with a smile. Products used are top of the line and specially chosen because of their premium holistic ingredients fused with advanced beauty technology.
Probably the only hotel in the whole of Singapore that has it’s own spinning studio where you can do your cardio and work up a good sweat is yet another stand-out feature of PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The Urban Farm is a must visit, currently the largest hotel urban farm by area with all kinds of edible vegetables from okra to kangkong as well as fruits such as papaya and passionfruit among others. A staggering 20% of the total consumption used by the kitchen team is from the produce grown here. The Outdoor Mineral Water Pool glows at night with led lights that glitters like bright stars in the night sky and is not harsh to the skin with the exclusion of chemicals like chlorine. One of the rare pools that is busier at night then in the afternoon and with good reason.
