Helmed by famous celebrity chef Cat Cora who is also the first female Iron Chef in Singapore and a believer of sustainable food as evident in the dishes served that are light and healthy.

Famed starter and Cat Cora’s signature dish is the beautifully plated forty two degrees Sous Vide Salmon, tender salmon with salmon mousse, a touch of zest via citrus minestrone, Ikura and shaved fennel salad. Another sous vide option is the forty two degrees Sous Vide Ocean Trout, sustainable caviar, prosecco pear coated with crushed almond, vine tomato jelly and garden cress; extremely fresh produce coupled with a contrast of sweet and salty due the condiments served alongside makes this dish a winner in every aspect.

Served in a creative way is Smoked Eel on sunchoke jelly and shaved duck liver terrine. Sakura Shrimp Risotto is also a feast for the palate with earthy morel mushroom, aromatic black truffle butter, Ikura on top of a well seared Hokkaido scallop; the shrimps goes well with the buttery and perfectly done risotto.

A selection of desserts that will suit many especially those with a sweet tooth are available. Ocean is indeed a place for everyone from couples on a romantic date, causal gathering of friends to family outings with children.
