Nikunohi, The Day of Meat

Serving “Kiwami” ultimate beef yakiniku; Kiwami is selected from the finest pedigree of Japanese Wagyu for its excellent marbling, flavours, textures and presentation to give what some claimed to be the pinnacle of Wagyu.

Start your exquisite meal by savouring Wagyu Sashimi, raw premium perfectly cut slices presented to you as it is without any fun fare or distractions. Another good bursting in goodness starter and a healthy choice at that is Cabbage with Salted Kelp (Shio Konbu Kyabetsu).

For those who like their meats cooked for them, choose from the Premium Steak selection of Japanese or Australian Wagyu, decide on the cut (tenderloin. sirloin or ribeye) and your preferred doneness and leave the rest to the able kitchen chefs.
