Neon Pigeon And Fat Prince – A Different Kind Of Brunch

Neon Pigeon

Enjoy a selection of Japanese inspired dishes in The Boozy Bento Brunch or as we call it the edgy “BBB”. Take your pick of one snack, one “birdfeed” which is essentially a starter and a main course from a carefully curated menu. Finish off your dining journey with the daily omakase dessert.

Diners also have a choice to add on and savour other items on the menu such as the signature Duck Confit Ramen that comes in limited portions daily. The noodles are soaked in a foie gras paitan broth that is rich and flavourful made over many hours, accompanied with mushroom, fresh spring onion and napa cabbage.

Transforming the traditional brunch in a fun way, Neon Pigeon is perfect for guests to enjoy a variety of refreshing cocktails such as Shinjuku that is a sublime and refreshing mix of gin, sake, lime, mint, cucumber and saline whilst enjoying the funky ambiance with the optional 2 hours free flow that includes a selection of cocktails, house sparkling, white, rose wines and Sapporo lagar beer at additional charges.

Must try is the Housemade Chuka Wakame, well marinated seaweed salad with shiso, a touch of chili and ripe melon that creates a harmony of umami and sweetness with each mouthful. Do not miss The Katsu Sando, delectable aged pork sandwiched with scrambled eggs, bread drenched in sweet sour bulldog sauce and side of furikake (condiment made of dried fish, seaweed, salt, etc) fries.

The Boozy Bento Brunch is at $49 Food Only, Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine strongly suggest adding +$75 for the 2 hours free flow. All prices are subject to GST & a 10% service charge. As one of Singapore’s go to venue for stylish brunch, it is highly recommended that reservations are made in advance.
