My Little Tapas Bar resembles a typical cosy tapas bar that one would find in the streets of Spain for that hearty and authentic Spanish food. Well located in the busy Ann Siang Street known for its arcade of good eateries and drinking holes for both locals and tourist alike.
One of the main attraction here is Jamones (Spanish hams) from a variety of regions and ages giving each a distinctive flavour for example 10 Vetas, jabugo, iberico bellota aged for 36 months and Fermin, la alberca, Serrano aged for 18 months. For diners who would like to sample various jamones, cured meats and cheese without over ordering simply choose the respective mix platters of Tabla De Jamones, Tabla De Embutidos and Tabla De Quesos or even Tabla De Pinchos which is a combo platter of starters consisting of baderillas, sardinas en escabeche and anchoas con pimientos.
There is a tapas for everyone at this diner like the following: Tortilla Espanola, soft to the bite classic Spanish omelette with potatoes andonions served with homemade alioli, Gambas Picantes, fresh shrimp cooked in a unique manner inside a dish of boiling olive oil with garlic, chili and smoked paprika, Coca De Cebolla Con Pimientos, sweet and savoury thin crispy flatbread from caramelized onions, roasted peppers, anchovies and manchego cheese toppings.
For those with bigger appetites Chuletillas De Cordero, pan seared baby lamb cutlets with sautéed chickpeas and spinach or Papadas De Cerdo Iberico, braised iberico pork jowl with cannellini bean puree and apple sauce are popular choices for heavier mains.
Drink: Assortment of Spanish cocktails and wines to go with the food.
