Start off with the critically acclaimed Truffle Kampachi, ultra fresh yellow tail with delicate essence of yuzu, black truffle soya, lily bulb and micro cress, a starter that is unforgettable.
Followed by a modern interpretation of the traditional, Wagyu Gyoza, a Kagoshima wagyu foie gras gyoza further enhanced with kabocha wasabi butter bringing a whole new taste to the palate.
The Hotate Mentaiko, Hokkaido scallops with marinated cod roe has a delightful citrus twist with the use of yuzu butter.
A long list of sushi and sashimi are on the menu, to make ordering a breeze simply choose the Sashimi Moriawase and Sushi Moriawase where you get the chef’s selection of seven seasonal sashimi and sushi respectively.
Same goes for Tempura Moriawase which comes with the finest selection of assorted seasonal tempura.
Bone-In Kurobuta Pork Belly is extremely flavourful and not commonly found from the Robatayaki selection.
Special mention is the Teppanyaki King Crab Fried Rice that comes with a generous serving of crab meat as well as Lobster Uni Yaki, grilled Boston lobster with sea urchin cream that is presented beautifully. Lunch sets are served from bentos to teppanyaki and robatayaki which also include organic salad with Mikuni’s original dressing that is not to be missed.
Drink: A wide range of sakes with a special Mikuni sake that was specially made for the restaurant.
