The menu is created by Japanese Chef Yamashita and brings elements of both traditional and modern aspects into the food. Offerings such as the Nyonya Laksa Ramen, a rendition of one of Singapore’s favourite dishes. The classic Tonkatsu with pork bone boiled for 10 hours leaving the broth rich and luscious and Tori Momo, ramen in clear soup broth with a generous portion of roasted chicken thigh placed in it. Noodle textures ranging from soft, normal and hard can be selected according to preference and the addition of toppings are always welcomed. For those who prefer rice, fret not, Mad Ronin also has Donburi Bowls in their menu from Momo Don to Oyako Don and all-time favourite, Chashu Don.
