Select from the A La Carte menu or well planned set menus. Appetizers of Dragonfruit Carpaccio served along crabmeat, avocado, vinegar jelly, Salmon Confit with raspberry, siokobu, 63 degrees egg and Foie Gras Terrine together with japanese pickles, fruit sauce, lemon charcoal have made the delights of regulars.
The mains are just as impressive such as Cod Saikyoyaki with mountain vegetables, saikyo miso, clam jus, Wagyu Toubanyaki, beef tenderloin, bearnaise sauce, marsala sauce. Desserts take a different route with Flourless Chocolate that has brown sugar ice cream, sesame oil and custard sauce and for those seeking something with an alcoholic punch take the Deconstructed Spumoni with chardonnay jelly, campari foam, fromage blanc ice cream.
One won’t have a lack of choice for beverages with a range of excellent wines, whisky and cocktails to start, accompany and complete each meal.
