1. What is your dream destination and why?
New York City! It is my absolute favourite city in the world and if I could, I would live there. It has the best vibe, and despite what some say, I love the people! I could just walk and walk and walk…
2. Three things that you could never travel without?
My iPhone, a great pair of trainers so my feet don’t get sore exploring, and peppermint essential oil (a great pick me up, headache/hangover cure, and bug repellent)
3. Which destination surpassed your expectations and surprised you the most?
Tokyo. When I first went in 2000 it was for work and I wasn’t that excited to go, but I fell in love with the city and the people. The food is amazing and I find that the Japanese are so incredibly hospitable.
4. Where and what was your most memorable meal you have ever had while travelling?
A fresh baguette with cheese and a gorgeous chilled rose in Paris.
5. Where are you looking to travel to next?
Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. Me and my family move there in 3 months!
6. What projects are you currently working on?
I finished EBuzz a couple of months ago after 12 years and also wrapped the Channel 5 drama Faculty. My next project is the Newborn Pure #Babyface Campaign 2017 that will be coming up soon.
7. Do you have any tips or advice for budding actors or actresses?
Remember, it’s a “business”. If you take things too personally you’re going to suffer. For every yes there will be 100 no’s. Believe in yourself, what you are doing, and know that this is what you really, truly want.
