For starters, The Crudo Di Capesante with Hokkaido scallop ceviche topped with sea urchin and black caviar, mayo, chilli, shallots and lime, the freshness of the scallops paired with the texture and saltiness of the sea urchin and caviar complemented the entire dish well and is great for the palate; A definite must-try from the antipasti section is the Carpaccio Al Turtufo, US Tenderloin Beef Carpaccio, Black Truffle, Parmesan and micro greens.

For pasta lovers Gia offers an extensive selection to choose from the Bottarga Di Tonno linguine aglio e oilo served with chili, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and tuna bottarga; Fettuccine Verdi & Polpette Di Wagyu with green spinach fettucine, wagyu meatballs and sweet chilli pesto sauce to the comforting Cavatelli Porcini Lumache E Timo Limonato with homemade cavatelli, porcini mushrooms, escargots, pea hummus, stracciatella Cheese and thyme.

If pasta is not your preference, the Filetto Al Tartufo Nero is a great choice, the US beef tenderloin melts in your mouth. Served with barley, potato puree, porcini, veal jus, sous vide egg and fresh black truffle.

The Panna Cotta Di Burrata E Zuppetta Di Frutti Rossi, burrata cheese panna cotta, red fruits coulis, berries jelly and streusel soil is an impeccable way to end the meal with just the right amount of sweetness to complement the savoury.
