Issaya Siamese Club – Interior Sitting

What is distinct as you first walk into Issaya’s premise is the lush greenery that leads to the entrance of the restaurant. Issaya is an old Thai word for the rainy season and the gardens do flourish during that part of the year. Only the freshest produce and seasonal ingredients (of which 90% are locally sourced) have been specially hand picked by the chef to bring only the best for diners.

Issaya Siamese Club – Freshest Produce

Issaya Siamese Club – Upstairs Private Dining

Offering a complete sensory experience for gourmands, the award winning signature restaurant is where Chef Ian Kittichai blends the technical and emotional aspects of cooking with sight, sound and taste. With each dish he aims for a profound personal response for the old or young both locals and tourist alike. Apart from the a la carte choices, diners will also enjoy the set and tasting menu depending on how hungry they are.

Kor Moo Yang

Every detail of the appetizer, Kor Moo Yang involves an experience for the senses. Served table side guests discover an intimate platter filled with condiments such as chili, sawtooth coriander in a roasted sticky rice dressing. After putting in the base ingredients, depending on your spice tolerance, the chili is added followed by mixing in sawtooth coriander, shallot and spring onion. A very interactive and engaging dish to start your meal.

Mushroom In The Rice Field

Another brilliant starter is Mushroom In The Rice Field. Mushroom sausage is made from two types of mushrooms and two types of rice and then more rice on top, rice dressing and toasted rice with some herbs from Isan province located in the northeastern region of Thailand. Rice is very important in Thai culture and this dish is a great representation of that fact, totally vegan dish with lovely earthiness from the mushrooms.

Goong Pad Char

The main dish Goong Pad Char is a classic, flavourful and balanced dish. “Goong” is prawn and “Pad Char” is the “sound of the wok”, beautiful house blended sauce and variety of herbs such as Thai basil, young green peppercorn and chili. The stir fried prawns are naturally sweet, tender and so delicious. A genuine course for moments of sharing and pleasure.

Pla Luey Suan

A twist to the classic, Pla Luey Suan instead of snakehead fish the organic white seabass is used, fried and mix with local herbs like green mango, lemongrass, mint, chili, fried garlic and cashew nuts. Finished off with sweet sauce of tamarind, roasted chili, lime juice and fish sauce. Very vibrant and very fresh., you get that nice fried fish taste without being overpowered by the herbs.

Poi Fai Bliss Cocktail

A wide selection of creative and refreshing cocktails is on the menu. Highly recommended is Poi Fai Bliss Cocktail, gorgeously presented with 42 Below vodka, Campari, cotton candy and fresh tangerine juice all in their own individual glasses. Mix them together before sipping on this marvelous concoction that pleases the eye and palate. A stunning range of red, white, rose and sparkling wines by the glass or bottle can also be ordered to satisfy the connoisseurs in us.
