Start your meal with the signature Braised Supreme Shark’s Fin with Chicken in Claypot with generous portions of shark fin . Then continue with the recommended mains, such as Cod fish with diced chilli for a bit of spice, or Fried egg with crab meat drizzled over with aromatic truffle oil, tender Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with Brown Sauce and of course the famous Beijing Roasted Duck.

End your meal with chilled mango sago cream or chilled Chinese Herb Pudding. For beverages, order from a variety of teas or a selection of wines and beers.

Noteworthy to mentioned are the well trained and polite staff who always seem to be there when you need them but never lingering around to the point of being intrusive, a mark of a fine restaurant.
