Start your meal with a delectable selection of appetizers and salads, such as the Fresh Tomato Salad, the use of organic momotaro tomatoes, herb marinated feta cheese and red onions gives you the full farm-to-table experience; The Shaved Vegetable Salad, fresh organic vegetables sourced from local farms, lemon vinaigrette and walnuts, added in for an extra crunch. Another great option is the Peking Duck served in pancakes with leek, cucumber, chili for a spicy touch, and hoisin sauce.
For the mains, a must-try is the Meat and Seafood Platter, this dish truly exemplifies C’s restaurant, bringing together the very best from land and sea. A combination of lobster, prawns, lamb chop, tenderloin and beef ribs. The seafood items were grilled to perfection and the meats were juicy, tender and full of flavour. Another stand-out dish, is the steamed south Sumatra Garoupa, the fish is soft and flaky and paired perfectly with the sauce.
End the meal with their amazing selection of house made sorbets and ice creams or the locally inspired Pidie Aceh Chocolate Mousse Cake.
