1. Restaurant JAG, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine’s Restaurant Of The Year 2021 (Overall Best Performance) – Restaurant JAG is lead by Chef Jeremy Gillon who have created mesmerising menus over and over again that can only be described as pure modern omakase at its peak using the best produce and ingredients such as seasonal vegetables and wild-foraged herbs found mainly from the mountains of Savoie, France. He also focuses very much on your personal dietary requirements to ensure the most memorable of dining experiences. The ambiance is intimate with romantic dim lights and rustic walls that adds a certain charm to the whole place.
2. Les Amis, 3 Michelin Stars and 13th In Asia’s 50 Best, Singapore
Dropping from top position is Les Amis (Translates to “The Friends” from French) the flagship store of the Les Amis Group opened in year 1994. Brought to Singapore by a group of four friends who wanted to bring the fine dining aspects of French cuisine, Les Amis is now consistently deemed one of the best French restaurants in the region not only because of the immaculate food and beverage served but also the world class staff that makes dining a holistic experience at Le Amis.

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore’s fine-dining restaurant celebrates authentic Cantonese cuisine through exquisite culinary craftsmanship and with the magnificent storytelling of Jiang Nan through its interiors.
4. Saint Pierre, 2 Michelin Stars and Relais & Châteaux, Singapore
For diners with an appreciation for fine dining and gastronomic concepts, Chef Emmanuel Stroobant’s indelible footprint in Singapore’s culinary scene, sets him apart from many celebrity restaurants that have recently arrived our shores. Famed for his savour faire of marrying contemporary French cuisine with Asian-inspired elements, his attention to setting new benchmarks, earned him a 1 Michelin star in the second edition of Michelin Guide Singapore 2017 and 2 Michelin Stars in 2019.
5. Shoukouwa, 2 Michelin Stars, Singapore
As Singapore’s only two Michelin Star sushi restaurant in the 2017 Singapore Michelin Guide, the eight-seater Shoukouwa promises an authentic, world-class Edomae sushi experience. Reservations are highly recommended at this extremely exclusive and private dining establishment. Excellence in simplicity is the hallmark of the Shoukouwa experience.
6. Shisen Hanten, 2 Michelin Stars, Singapore
Located in Mandarin Orchard Singapore, Shisen Hanten by Chef Kentaro is a restaurant specialising in Szechuan cuisine. Described by Chef Kentaro as the “seven basic flavours”, Shisen Hanten utilises sour, pungent, hot, sweet, bitter, aromatic and salty as the base of his restaurant’s concept. The restaurant features posh décor with numerous chandeliers hanging elegantly from the ceiling.
7. Alma by Juan Amador, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Residing in Goodwood Park Hotel idles a one Michelin starred powerhouse Alma by Juan Amador. The three Michelin starred chef Juan Amador opened Alma back in June 2015. Currently helmed by Executive Chef Haikal Johari, Alma offers a 3 course lunch menu, and a 6 to 8 course degustation dinner menu at different price points.
8. Labyrinth, 1 Michelin Star and 40th In Asia’s 50 Best, Singapore
Labyrinth is located at the heart of downtown district Esplanade, offering an integrated dining experience in its mysterious fusion of menu summing up the array of Singapore culture in one dish. Being listed in 2017’s Michelin Guide, Labyrinth restaurant focuses on creating dishes that arouses your five basic taste sensations: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami.
9. The Song Of India, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Located in an exclusive compound with it’s own parking lots, 1 Michelin Starred Song of India is housed in a richly-decorated black and white heritage bungalow and offers gourmet set and a la carte menus of outstanding Indian cuisine. Featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian regional specialties from various parts of India that will satisfy even the most discerning of foodies.
10. Putien (Kitchener Road), 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Putien at Kitchener Road is renowned for its 1 Michelin starred cuisine, and this famous eatery, open for lunch and dinner daily, serves authentic versions of China’s Fujian Province best-known dishes. Ranging from light to flavourful food, each dish highlights the unique characters of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.
11. Sushi Kimura, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Sushi Kimura brings a whole new definition to Edo-mae-style sushi and sashimi to Singapore, using premium quality seafood, seasonal produce and ingredients freshly imported from markets across Japan on a frequent basis. The contemporary design inspired by Japanese aesthetics provides guests with choice of dining at the open sushi counter or feasting within a private room.
12. Braci, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Braci perched on a modern 5 storey conservation house, facing the idyllic Singapore riverfront in popular Boat Quay. This 1 Michelin star restaurant is known for giving each and every diner an epic foodie journey in their dining experience.
13. terra Tokyo Italian, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
The “Tokyo-Italian” cuisine served at terra Tokyo Italian pays utmost respect to the produce, culture and culinary traditions from Japan and Italy. The fine dining restaurant prides itself on delivering freshness of the highest order, receiving ingredients every morning. Deserving of it’s 1 Michelin Star status with a loyal following, spear heading the dining scene in Singapore to both locals and foreigners alike.
14. Rhubarb Le Restaurant, 1 Michelin Star, Singapore
Located on the charming Duxton Hill, Rhubarb Le Restaurant offers comfort and elegance whilst retaining all the best characteristics of this conservation shophouse. In the lower floor dining room with just seven tables, diners can catch a glimpse of the chefs in the open concept kitchen.
