The food: Many components of the dishes at Estate are prepared from scratch using laborious techniques to yield maximum flavours, promising an indulgent selection of epicurean delights that focus on quality over quantity. Raw & Seafood Kitchen: Vibrant salads, premium charcuterie, freshest seafood from scallops in shell to tiger prawns and black mussels. Freshly Shucked Oysters are also available on a first come first served basis.

Noodle & Wrap Kitchen: Handcrafted noodles are paired with aromatic broth or contemporary-styled Asian and Western choices. Highlights include Homemade Black Truffle Pasta, and White Bee Hoon Noodles with Flower Clams, Ginger and Aged Wine. Wok, Fry & Premium Barbecue Kitchen: Flame-kissed wok dishes, premium meat cuts and accompaniments are elevated for a modern appreciation.

Buffet highlights: Include Estate Black Truffle Roasted Duck *Savour BlackBookAsia Magazine recommended, Szechuan-style Spicy Chicken and Honey Soy-glazed Australian Short Ribs.
