Herb-Smoked Sakura Chicken

A must have for every Easter is a game meat dish, be it the classic turkey to innovative takes on the traditional. The Herb-Smoked Sakura Chicken (SGD68 nett) is a finger-licking good, juicy organic sakura chicken smoked in rosemary for that herbaceous aroma. It is accompanied with wild mushrooms and seasonal vegetables. We love the ripe tomatoes on the vine, to us the only way to serve and eat this premium quality produce.

We are jumping the gun here with dessert but just look at how cute this cake is! A rich chocolate truffle Easter bunny cake with four alternate layers of Valrhona chocolate sponge and mousse, finished with a shiny chocolate glaze and topped with Easter-themed chocolate decorations. So adorable that makes cutting into this decadent treat not an easy task. Might we suggest moving the “decorations” first before slicing.

Up on the blackboard of Easter Roasts this year is a new and unique dish: Multigrain-Crusted Australian Lamb Spare Rib (SGD118 nett) which we feel should be on the main stay menu going forward. Premium Australian free-range lamb spare ribs coated in a rich yet healthy (to a certain extent) multigrain butter crust and slow-cooked to perfection. It comes with seasonal vegetables and delicious red wine pan jus. There are loads of protein on this one as well as a good amount of fats which is fantastic even for those on their keto diet.
