Truffle Cheese Croquettes (Brewerkz)

Pair your delicious drinks with superb and ingenious starters from Brewerkz featuring the Truffle Cheese Croquettes (Brewerkz), breaking out of the mainstream norm of truffle fries, this extraordinary appetizer is put together using truffle cheese gouda, crumbed with nostalgic crushed Hap Seng cream crackers from Chef Seow Tzi Qin’s childhood, and drizzled with truffle honey with a truffle mayo dipping sauce.
