Truffle Parmesan Fries And Kimchi Cheese Fries

An easy to drink beverage that goes well with most of the courses on the menu such as the tangy Kimchi Cheese Fries with loads of melted cheese and chopped fermented cabbage or the aromatic Truffle Parmesan Fries that is sprinkled over with fine truffle cheese that looks like snow. Korean Army Stew Burger

What sets apart Wildfire Burgers from the rest is the use of the Binchotan-charcoal-fired INKA grill that generate heat in excess of 450 degrees celsius, allowing chefs to achieve distinctive charring and to create smoky flavours. This is evident in their newest addition Korean Army Stew Burger, USDA certified Black Angus beef patty with rich gochujang butter, house-made kimchi, tantalising vienna sausages, king trumpet and champignon mushrooms, baked beans, scallions and savoury Korean spam that elevate this burger to another level.

Signature Fried Chicken is a must order, the grain fed and cage-free chicken are delivered fresh daily then fried to a crispy golden brown. End your meal with the Brunt Cheesecake that will not disappoint. The crustless, caramelised and creamy cheesecake has a thin burnt layer on top but still retains it’s shape well.
