Quentin’s is a celebrated brand in Singapore committed to putting a definitive mark on keeping age old recipes that has an intoxicating mix of Asian and European – Peranakan flavours. Promising an elevated dining experience every time, while upholding traditional methods of cooking and respect to produce and ingredients used.

At the start of every meal before your appertisers, you will be served with some crunchy crackers (also known locally as keropok) with a dip of vinegar sambal chili sauce. This goes well with the signature Ginkli Nona cocktail that has a refreshing concoction of gin, peach liquor, red wine, lime juice and geraldine, garnished with mint leaf and lime slice.

Must order is the Mulligatawny Soup which is what the military soldiers of old (that used to occupy the area) drank as a staple. It has Indian roots, full of curry spices with shredded chicken, well balanced with acidic notes from green apple cubes. The broth is poured tabled side onto the above elements prepared on a plate.

In a nod to the Peranakans, Chicken and Pork Keluak Curry showcase depth of flavours that is bold yet not over powering. Keluak is actually a black nut that is fermented and soak in water over many hours in the course of the preparation. Savour every spoonful of this delicacy which is treasured by many and rare to find in these modern times.

The truly exquisite culinary service experience here have become the hallmark of this renown restaurant. In the instance where a diner was having trouble eating a drumstick, the manager politely asked if he could help debone it.
