For appetizers choose Alaskan King Crab Salad, plated beautifully with grilled pimento peppers, avocado and tomato petals and Beetroot Tortellini (starter portion) with feta, ricotta, asparagus, brocolini and carrot puree that taste as good as it looks.
Outstanding mains include Milk Fed Dutch Veal Chop that is cooked till tender with roasted leeks and gremolata and Organic Corn Fed Spring Chicken served with harissa, couscous, a mixed of fruits mango, apricots and preserved lemon.
All fish and seafood are from sustainable sources and meats are hormone free not raised in feedlots.
