As Japan’s sakura cherry blossoms begin to bloom, marking the arrival of spring, raise a glass and chopsticks to the season with an exclusive bento-beverage pairing. Lift the lid on our canapé bento box to discover three layers of exquisite spring-inspired flavour sensations with the top layer featuring a seaweed salad with okra, cherry tomato and soy dashi, middle layer reveal of a trio of tuna, salmon and yellow tail sashimi, and final surprise of barbecue eel with Japanese omelette and sansho leaves; accompanied by a traditional liquid tasting experience.
