10 at Claymore does not rest on its laurels and pays deep respect to the high quality ingredients used in their delicious spread of international and local favourites.
The raucous carnival feel of the main dining area makes perfect setting for casual gatherings and good conversations.
Apart from the main buffet line there is also an A La Carte menu where guests can enjoy unlimited servings of premium meats served in small portions and prepared A La Minute.
For some a must in every buffet is a selection of fresh oysters, lobsters, foie gras and beef where Pan Pacific has it all.
Their pan seared foie gras on a bed of brioche and plum confit is done perfectly worthy of more than one serving.
Once you get started on the ultra fresh oysters you might not be able to stop eating from a choice of plump American oysters from Washington Bay, medium size but so flavourful Canadian oysters from Fanny Bay and the crowd favourite French oysters small but so rich that makes you want to keep slurping them up.
Add freshly sliced parma ham, mixed fish sashimi, savoury black pepper crabs and lovely durian crepes made upon ordering among other mouth-watering delights and you have a stellar cast that will please every type of foodie out there.
Do note that the various dishes are changed periodically depending on the season and freshness of produce.
Drink: Coffee and tea lovers would have a whale of a time with their gourmet and special blends. A decent list of wines and other alcoholic beverages are available.
