Probably one of the most unique starter one can have is the Durian, Avocado and Crab Meat Tartare. High quality crab meat is carefully de-shelled and placed on top of a bed made with fresh durian paste and creamy avocado. Rich yet well balanced and wonderfully plated with edible flowers and micro herbs.
If all the essence of Chinese food cultures can be blended into a soup, it has to be the nourishing 8-Hour Golden Broth with Scallop, Prawn and Hokkaido Crab Leg. Only the best produce are used in the concoction of this flavourful soup that is filled with treasures from the sea. Simply presented in a pure white bowl letting the taste speak volumes by itself.

One of the largest xiao long bao in town filled with generous amounts of chilli crab.
Finish on a high note with the Da Li Rose Petal Ice Cream, a dessert with subtle rose flavours extracted from delicate flowers imported from the Dali region in Yunnan province.
