One of the trusted household name in Japanese cuisines around for some time is Tatsu.

Choose to sit at the teppanyaki side or at the main dining hall for two different dining experiences altogether.

Ambiance is of a simple and clean finished with Japanese tones. Not to be missed is the Pitan Tofu, homemade century egg tofu with flavours that blends well together and the Hirame Truffles, thinly sliced Hirame and drizzled with fragrant truffle oil.

To make ordering a breeze simply pick the Omakase Sashimi that adds some excitement to the meal as you don’t really know what you will be getting.

For Sushi, the Aburi Sushi is five pieces if seared sushi and one roll, the searing adds whole new dimension and texture to the dish.

Recommended Salmon Aburi Maki has seared salmon stuffed with cheese and topped with caviar, somehow the cheese does not overpower the rest of the ingredients but rather harmonies well with them.

Highlights of the meal is Kaki No Matsumae Mushi, steamed fresh oyster in rice wine, juicy plump oysters with the delicate aroma of the rice wines makes this dish a winner.

Popular choices from the Teppanyaki menu are the Wagyu Beef or Ox Tongue (Wagyu). Finish your meal with Yuzu ice cream which is citrusy, filled with bite size if the fruit and makes you want to order seconds.

Teppanyaki course and Sushi course are also available and always ask the service staff the specials for the day.

Drink: Range of sakes and shochus to whiskies and even a Kuro Asahi on draft. Japanese teas are available as well.
