Spuds & Aprons

Located atop the iconic Faber Peak, a happy haven to escape from hustle and bustle of the city, diners get to enjoy clever culinary creations with comforting flavours, within a unique forest setting and stunning views across Sentosa. With hearty plates of divine comfort food, Spuds and Aprons offers indulgent main courses, sinful sides perfect for sharing and delicious sweet treats with a chill-out atmosphere like no other.

For a truly unforgettable experience, hop on the Singapore Cable Car and take the most scenic highway in the sky to Faber Peak Singapore, offering some of the most scintillating views of the city from the picturesque Sentosa-Harbourfront precinct to the heartlands and Southern Islands. Upon entering the restaurant, encased in stunning glass architecture, and framed by elegant hibawood arcs and ancient angsana tress, you will be greeted by warm and friendly staff who will tend to your requests with constant smiles on their faces.

Staying true to the restaurant’s tribute to the humble spud, Executive Chef Derrick Ang unveils a refreshed menu that continues to artfully combine east and west flavours, adding to his repertoire of signature creations such as Wicked Fries and Gravy amazingly leathered in 6 types of cheeses. A playful take on a local classic, Chilli Crab in a Tux, where sweet chilli crab sauce is lovingly heaped on a crispy bed of roasted potato skin, tickling both the palate and mind. For mains, the must-tries are the Grilled King Prawns where succulent prawns are grilled to perfection served with silky al dente squid ink pasta and shimeji mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a tangy tom yam broth; The Barbecued Baby Back Ribs is another, with decadent homemade barbecue sauce coated generously over the tender pork ribs. For something a little lighter, the oven roasted Tobiko Crusted Cod Fillet is excellent, served with green tea soba noodles and aged ponzu sauce.

For dessert, the Chempedek Bread and Butter is a must-have, made with croissants filled with crunchy Chempedek topped off with vanilla ice cream and warm berry compote, the combination of flavours and textures definitely hits the sweet spot.
