The Lo & Behold group brings diners yet another spectacular gastronomic destination unlike any other, this time with award winning Chef Julien Royer for a modern French fine dining restaurant aptly named Odette after Julien’s grandmother who has greatly influenced him in life as well as in the kitchen.


A long wait list is expected when making a reservation at this distinguished venue with interiors boasting of contemporary furnishing in a luxurious setting filled with chic lighting and artworks.

Lunch comes with a choice of four or six course menu and dinner a six (only from Monday to Thursday) or eight course selection. Using only the freshest produce selected according to the season keeping even regulars excited with frequent changes to the menu while keeping signature dishes.

Outstanding items include Hokkaido Uni, flavourful langoustine enveloped in a white mussel “cloud” topped with decadent oscietra caviar, Pine Smoked Organic Egg cooked at a perfect fifty five degrees served with a side of mixed root vegetables, mushroom ketchup and aromatic melanosporum truffle, a picture perfect Heirloom Beetroot Variation, featuring beetroot in different textures such as salt baked beetroot with stracciatella “artigiana” and honeycomb a showcase of masterful plating that looks too good to be eaten.

A main to remember is Barbequed Pigeon “Excellence Mieral” use of hay give this dish a smoky aroma together with burnt onion, foie gras coolant and swiss chard “caillette” depending on the availability generous shavings of truffle completes this dish.

Throughout your meal, impeccable service is rendered from well trained and friendly staff.

Drink: Amazing selection of wines by the glass and bottle including some rare vintages and grape varieties.
