For starter, one of the restaurant specials would be the refreshing indulgent Scallop and Abalone Ceviche, mango mousse topped with freshly sliced scallop and abalone, braised coconut and yuzu dressing with rice cracker.
Popular main course selection would be the Asian Bouillabaisse, liken to an “ocean on a plate” filled with superb seafood mix of seabass fillet, scallops, lobster, black mussels and langoustine in the traditional French soup with a touch of Asian spice.
Superlative and exceptional dish for fans of beef is Weeping Tiger Australian Wagyu Beef Striploin A7, marvelously chargrilled beef, tender and juicy good even on it’s own without any condiments. Served with delectable crispy sticky rice cakes, caramelised onion coulis and long bean tempura.
