A definite must-have is the delectable pan seared Hokkaido Scallop and Foie Gras served with passion fruit and mango dressing, the sweetness of the fruits complements perfectly with the saltiness of the other elements in the dish, working wonders on the palate. The grilled half boneless Quail is another dish that showcases that talents of the chef, served with baby spinach and curry Risoni salad. The dish has an unequivocal influence of African and French in it, with the use of Risoni rice along with cucumbers and sweet potatoes together with the tender and well-marinated quail, the overall taste is truly inspiring.
