A must have dessert is Cheesecake de “Guayaba”, an authentically Cuban dessert made with a marmalade of pink guava and graham cracker crumble crust or Cast Iron Cookie, chocolate chip cookie dough baked in a mini cast iron skillet, served with bourbon vanilla ice cream.
